Titus Foundation develops and equips Next-Gen leaders who impact their communities by reaching and discipling the next generation. Leaders in our training program become part of a lasting community, can better respond to ministry challenges, and are better able to lead the Church into the future. 

Why?

Churches nationwide are seeing an unprecedented decline in weekly attendance, especially among younger generations. Leaders often experience depression, fatigue, and burnout. These trends are even worse with young leaders doing ministry in urban communities. We are dedicated to changing this. 

Our research shows that 94% of pastors in urban communities have no formal leadership development or Christian worldview training. Research also shows that Christian worldview training and leadership development go hand in hand with youth spiritual formation and community transformation.

The Name

Titus Foundation derives its name from the book of Titus in the New Testament, which refers to God's story of redemptive and restorative power. This story is crucial for character formation, moral excellence, and readiness for every good work!
