Obed Escobar
Obed is the Executive Director of The Titus Foundation. He is a trainer with The DeVos Urban Leadership Initiative, a national faith-based leadership development program for Urban Youth Workers. He also served as a Multicultural Pastor at Christ Church of the Valley. He is a member of the Child Safety and Family Empowerment Council for the Office of the Governor in the State of Arizona. He also serves on the board of Mentor Kids USA and is part of the Advisory Board of Grand Canyon University Theological Seminary & College of Theology. Obed has a BS in Management from Grand Canyon University. He and his wife Teresa live in Gilbert, AZ, with their two daughters.
Wayne Mihailov | Board Member
Wayne Mihailov is the CEO of Airline MRO Parts, an international aviation inventory management business that provides 3rd party supply chain solutions to airlines and repair stations. He has a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, an MS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from San Diego. After six years as a Civil Engineer Corps officer, he transitioned into the corporate world with GE Capital, holding various roles, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing for GE Commercial Aviation Services. Wayne serves on the Arizona Christian University board and is a Pinnacle Forum member. He is an active member of Evident Life Church in Gilbert. He and his wife, Tanya, live in the greater Phoenix area with their two children.

Aaron Reina | Executive Team
Aaron is a Youth Pastor and entrepreneur. He has a BS in entrepreneurship from Grand Canyon University. He is a marketing manager at his family’s business, Colados Coffee and Crepes, with three locations in the Phoenix metro area. He and his wife, Arianna, live in Good Year, Arizona.

Pablo Mayorga | Executive Team
Pablo serves as a Youth Pastor at the Church of God for the Nations. He is a Relationship Manager in a financial institution, where he works with small businesses. Pablo has a BS in Management from the University of Phoenix. He and his wife Laura live in Goodyear, AZ, with their daughter.
John Collier | Board Member
John Collier, MBA, MHA, FACHE, Founder and CEO of Proactive MD, has dedicated his career to advancing the healthcare landscape by partnering with employers to provide direct broad-scope primary care. John earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish, followed by his MBA and MHA from Grand Canyon University. He spent time in Mexico and is fluent in Spanish. In addition, John is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has been a member of The Young Presidents Organization (YPO) since 2018. Under his leadership, Proactive MD has experienced unprecedented growth in the development of a state-of-the-art primary care model founded on service excellence and cost containment for employers. John remains active in his local community and serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Greenville Free Medical Clinic, Member of the Board of Trustees of Camperdown Academy, and Steering Committee Board Member of Direct Primary Care Coalition. He resides in Puerto Rico, with his wife and three children.

Phoebe is the youth pastor at Vida Evidente in Gilbert, Arizona. She graduated from The DeVos Urban Leadership Initiative, a national faith-based leadership development program for Urban Youth Workers.
Stephen Hill | Board Member
Stephen Hill, DC, DCBCN. Stephen is a practicing Doctor of Chiropractic and Functional Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. He earned his Bachelor's of Science in Human Physiology at the University of Arizona, and his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota with a postgraduate diplomate in Clinical Nutrition. He is passionate about the idea that true health care involves good stewardship of daily decision making, and that creating independence from disease is possible when physicians embrace that role in their patients' lives. He currently resides in Mesa, AZ with his wife and three children.
Cristian Cordova | Advisory Team
Christian is originally from Quito, Ecuador, moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1999. He is devoted to serving the body of Christ and is continuously striving for personal and professional growth as a minister. In 2021, he completed his Master of Divinity and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry at Phoenix Seminary. Additionally, he serves as the Hispanic Studies Director at the seminary. Christian is passionate about utilizing his skills to help others and is committed to making a positive impact in the world for the glory of God.
